Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of artwork from [Your Name / Trading Name]. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Products
All artworks are original pieces unless otherwise stated.
Colours may appear slightly different on screen than in person.
Commissioned artworks are created to your brief but may include variations as part of the creative process.

Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in GBP.
Payment is required at checkout through Wix Payments / Apple Pay / Google Pay.
I am not VAT registered.

Delivery
At the moment I deliver to UK only. 
Delivery costs are inclusive of price of product.
Estimated delivery times are 7 days, I use trusted couriers such as Royal Mail Tracked postal services to ensure safe delivery of orders.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Returns & Refunds
Original Artworks - If you purchase an original artwork through my website, you have the right to cancel and return it within 14 days of receiving the item (in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition you received it and securely packaged for the return journey.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage and ensuring the artwork arrives safely. I recommend using tracked and insured shipping.
Once I have received and inspected the returned artwork, I will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Damaged or Faulty Items - If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging.
I will work with you to arrange a refund, repair, or replacement (where possible).
Commissions and Customised Orders - Commissioned or customised artworks are non-refundable once work has begun, as they are created specifically for you.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required before I start work on a commission.
If you change your mind before work begins, your deposit will be retained, but no further payment is required.
If the commission is damaged in transit, I will discuss options with you, which may include repair or partial refund.

How to Arrange a Return - To request a return or report an issue, please contact me at julia@julialambertart.co.uk with your order details.
Cancellations - If you wish to cancel an order for a standard artwork, please contact me as soon as possible at julia@julialambertart.co.uk. If the order has already been shipped, you may still return it within the 14-day window (except commissions).

Intellectual Property & Copyright
I, Julia Lambert Art, retain all copyright and reproduction rights for all artworks I create, including sold pieces.
Purchase of an artwork gives you ownership of the physical piece only.
Buying an artwork does not grant you the right to reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the artwork in any form.
If you wish to license an artwork for reproduction or commercial use, please contact me directly to discuss terms.

Liability
I am not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs.
I am not liable for slight variations in colour/texture between online images and the actual artwork.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [England & Wales / Scotland / Northern Ireland].
