Same but, Changed

Same but, Changed is part of a recent series exploring vulnerability and resilience.
The series was created during a period of uncertainty, where I found myself holding both hope for new beginnings and doubt about what the future might look like.
This piece reflects the feeling of coming through an experience and realising you are still yourself, but something within you has shifted.
Change isn’t always loud. Sometimes it arrives quietly — as a new strength, a deeper resolve, and a different foundation to stand on.
